Friday, February 14^th, 2014 at 6:30-8:00 PM in SBA 490 (631 SW Harrison Street, Portland, OR 97201): Presentation on the tradition of Chinese New Year and Lantern Festival Celebrating the Chinese Lantern Festival: Jiaozi and Tangyuan Party (Chinese dumplings and sweet glutinous rice ball stuffed with sweet red bean paste, black sesame paste, etc., organized by the Confucius Institute at PSU. Come to learn how to make Jiaozi and Tangyuan and enjoy this delicious traditional Chinese New Year food and practice speaking Chinese with the native Chinese speakers (food will be served in the resting area on the 4^th floor outside Room 490 of School of Business Building) (The CIPSU’s Chinese Corner starts at 6:00 PM).
